How to calculate the area of a land having steep slope using a Garmin C60?

I use "Tracking" to calculate area of a land the installation of drip irrigation system but I think it only considers horizontal lengths to calculate the area an the slope is completely ignored.
In picture a cross section of the field is shown, one side of field is 400′ 5" along the slope having a vertical height of 229′ 8", the GPS will take the 400′ 5" as 328′ in calculating area.
Can anyone tell me how to deal with this situation?

How do I go to a street address with Garmin Nuvi 260w?

I want to use the go-to feature on my Garmin Nuvi 260w, and I understand how to make it go to a street if the street has a name like "Circle Avenue" but I don’t understand how to make it find addresses like "23 East 54 North". Any help is greatly appreciated.

Which seems to be better gps Magellan or Garmin?

Looking at Magellan roadmate 1440 and Garmin 255w. Both seem to be great systems, one might have ability the other doesn’t and vice/versa.
After doing some research, guess the big thing comes down to the POI— which is better, having 6 mill POI preloaded or ability to download/customize the POI.

can i get custom voices for my Garmin gps unit?

I would like some cool voices like the ones available for the TOM TOM units. and maybe some way to update maps w/o buying the expensive updates, because sometimes roads that ARE there aren’t there on my Garmin. Even "new" roads that have been in service for at least 10 yrs. And i’m talkin major high ways that just arent there on my gps unit & it has me drivin in the great abyss when i use those "new" roads.

Whats the difference between the Garmin Nuvi 660 and 750?

I noticed some slight differences but couldnt understand the major ones. Like the button syles are different when typing address, and actually the 660 is easier to type and gives u more city choices. Does anyone know why and if there are any other differences??

How do i get updated points of interest for my Garmin Nuvi 200w gps?

It seems like my GPS does not find many newer stores, restaurants, etc. Is there any way to get or buy a much newer version? I just got the GPS for christmas and would have thought it would be really up to date. thanks!

How to setup my Garmin c550 for Geocaching?

I have the Streetpilot c550 and was told about geocaching but don’t know how to set this up. I downloaded GeoBuddy and downloaded geotargets and it is on my GPS and comes up on my favorites list but doesn’t seem to be working right.

What will the FM transmitter do for me in Garmin GPS device?

Considering Nuvi 360 or Nuvi 660. The latter has an FM transmitter as well as bigger screen size. Anyone have experience with either of these? What will the FM transmitter give me in the 660? Is it worth the extra 0+?
