Return a GPS navigation system to Best Buy?

I’m pissed because I bought a Tom Tom for 500 dollars without researching it. I looked it up online and I would of bought the Garman equivalent for 350. I tried to return it and their return policy has a 15% restocking fee for GPS systems. What should I do lie and say its broken? Microwave it so it actually is? Even if I do that I think they will give me the same exact one.

I’m just pissed I let the guy talk me up to the more expensive one.

From what I hear it s free blog spot for young teens and up, I mean everybody From poor to rich is on there. Half of them don’t have home or own a computer. I go on there when my son is on there and try to locate people I haven’t seen in ages and I have been successfull everytime. I mean everybody and there grandma is on my space. If it’ s free what is Tom getting out of it? IS there a catch to it? I have known people to spend thousand of dollars for blog spot especially good ones and from what I see my space is a really good blog spot and then its free.

How long does an address change take to show up on Yahoo or Google Maps or GPS systems?

In June, the 911 emergency system decided that in order to "avoid confusion" changed many the house numbers on the street on which I live. I think it has actually caused more confusion. I still see it is listed under the former address on Yahoo and Google Maps as well as GPS systems. I don’t know which address to place in an advertisement for a tag sale since I have already changed the number on the house to comply with the 911 change. When are Yahoo, Google and GPS going to play catch-up?

I work at different non-profits and have to do home and community visits a lot now. I think I really need a GPS instead of wasting tons of paper every day on printing out MapQuest.

What is the best GPS system for the money? I’m not interested in the latest whatever that costs a ton and has lots of gadgets, ha ha. I just need to get where I’m going!
